Reached levels resolve to YES 100.0%; higher levels dynamically use ensemble members still consistent with the observed peak. A finalized official high makes all Today levels deterministic. Tomorrow and Day +2 always use ensemble probabilities. Market prices are used only when returned by the Worker; otherwise signals remain NO TRADE.
